My parents originate from Weilburg, so I have a strong relation to the town as i was visiting my grandparents frequently in the city Weilburg and the village Ahausen, which belongs to Weilburg. It is filled with memories and I really like it.
Dominated is the town by the castle on a rock above town and the river Lahn, making a loop of more than 180 degrees around the castle. I will try to add information about the town here. There is a lot of history, which I first have to check out myself, not to spread any mistakes to the world... :)))
