The Samut Prakarn Crocodile Farm and Zoo is the largest of its kind in the world. Over 50,000 crocodiles and other animals like camels, lions, leopards, monkeys, birds, kangaroos, and spotted deer are kept here in captivity. Crocodile shows are performed every hour between 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. when man puts himself at the mercy of this bone crushing beast.

The Largest Over 60,000 crocodiles of 28 different species, some of them no longer in existence elsewhere
The Zoo Elephants, tigers, chimpanzees, lions, leopards, snakes, camels, birds etc.

The Largest Crocodile ever held in captivity is an Estuarine/Siamese hybrid named "YAI" (Born10 June 1972) at the famous Samutprakarn Crocodile Farm and Zoo, Thailand. He measures 6 m. (19 ft. 8 in.) in length and weighs 1,114.27 kg. (2,465 lb.)

Accessibility : By road 28 km. from Bangkok by Highway No. 3 about 30 min. drive.
By bus : Take a No. 8 or 11 air-con bus to Samut Prakan and then take a local minibus
