Vita Sol Park formally known as Marina Park Apartments were a pleasant surprise!, Firstly the Apartment we had was 1123 and it was large.
Two Bedrooms,
Two Bathrooms,
A Safe,
A Large Dinning/Living Room,
And a very Large Balcony.
Washing machine,
Dishwasher,
Fridge Freezer
3 Ring Cooker
Air con in Three rooms
And the Surprise : An underground garage.
These are very spacious Apartments and are kept in tip top condition, and you could easily have slept 7 People in our apartment.

Unique Qualities: First Impressions are this is a housing estate!, and you are right it is,however it a very exclusive one with A Large swimming pool, snack bar,and tennis courts.
The entrance has a reception centre and is watched over at night by security guards around the complex. It includes a swimming pool to which you get a pass card to enter and also has a Swimming pool Bar (No towels on the loungers here).
The Complex is kept very clean and tidy and is set in nice wooded area surrounding.
If there was a downside!, it is at the top of a hill outside the town (approx 15-20min walk),however if you walk down the hill across the marina and bridge then get a Taxi back, it will cost you approx �3.50 which is well worth it.
We had a view across the Lagos River with the small plane aerodrome to our right and Lagos Football stadium straight across,there is a main road nearby which may sound noisy at times however the double glazing is very good.
All in All very good value for money and very comfortable,the Reception Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice quiet location at the top of the hill from the main streets of Lagos town center
All rooms have air conditioning although can be a bit on the noisy side.
Self catering apartments with living room downstairs leading up to the bedroom and bathroom, up one more flight of stairs to the roof terrace.TV is supplied although we never watched it ,too much to see and do.
maid service every day ,changed towels etc and cleaned to a good standard.Kitchen was basic ,but again we would eat out every night.

Unique Qualities: outstanding views can be enjoyed from many areas of Porta da Vila, across the terracotta rooftops of Lagos to Meia Praia beach and the surrounding streets are cobbled and hilly. Porta da Vila has its own superb swimming pool surrounded by a spacious, semi-covered poolside terrace and served by a poolside snack bar. The airy apartments are arranged in three sections of the building and offer comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation. The studios are at ground level overlooking the swimming pool, with direct wheelchair access at street level and alternative access via steps from reception. Most of the larger apartments are duplex-style with the bedrooms upstairs. These vary in layout, some having a balcony or an extra bathroom or shower room
