We visited Prague for eight days in the summer of 2004 and fell in love with the city. We loved the historic buildings and churches, the interesting neighborhoods, the museums, and most important, the friendly people. The beer was great, too!
One thing that we especially loved about the historic center of Prague was that it was extremely walkable, with almost all of the major historic sights and museums within a 30 minute walk of each other.
Anna's favorite sight was the toy museum, while Mike and Lisa liked the art museums, the churches and the Jewish Quarter.
If you decide to visit Prague, stay in either the Mala Strana neigborhood, the Jewish Quarter, or Old Town, which are all centrally located. |
