When I was in elementary school, I used to think Hot Springs was the most popular honeymoon destination in the world because of all the sayings I'd read on "Just Married" vehicles. It wasn't until I was much older that I realized "Hot Springs Tonight" didn't necessarily mean they would be spending the night in this popular Arkansas destination . :-)

I'd never really spent much time there before...mainly I'd just pass through as I was on my way to a nearby campground. But I was really impressed with the place. I didn't spend the night there, but I enjoyed spending a relaxing day soaking in the atmosphere in the Arkansas foothills.

Pros and Cons
  • Pros:Quaint and beautiful with lots of history
  • Cons:Not really sure there are any cons. Mosquitos, perhaps?
