My fascination with railways! Local Port Erin (Isle of Man) time: Same as UK. Currency: British and Manx pound. Language: English (and Manx: historical only )Nearest large town(s)/city: Douglas. I was in my eliment when I went to the Isle of Man. Steam trains, Electric tramway, Cable tramway up Snaefell and horse drawn trams along the Promenade at Douglas.
