Nearest large town(s)/city: Haverfordwest.
Newgale is a very small villiage on the Pembrokeshire coast. One pub, one petrol station, a surf and camping shop, a farming implement shop, a cafe/grocers, a Chinese and a chip shop/restaurant. Oh. Also about half a dozen houses and bungalows. Some of those are seasonal holiday homes.
Newgale is well known as a surfing beach.
The Pembrokeshire coastal path runs through Newgale.
The tiny stream that empties into the sea at Newgale is called the 'Brandy Brook'.
There is a camping and caravan site right oposite the sea owned by the farm. There is also another further down the coast but too organised for my taste. Also this one is closer to the only pub in the villiage.
I apollogise in advance for the lack of photographs but I did not have a digital camera then.
