A holiday in Malgrat de Mar was a triple first for me.
It was my first trip abroad.
It was my first visit to Spain.
And it was my first time at flying.

Language: Spanish (Catalan)
Malgrat is officially situated on the Costa Dorada but is actually where the costas change from Costa Brava to Dorada.
A truly memorable holiday. As we hired a car, we were not limited to the resort alone and visits to Blanes and Lloret were just a few of our trips out.

Disco included. There was a disco situated beneath the hotel which offered free admission to hotel residents.
I was into those sort of things in those days!
