Hotel Bajamar **: Bajamar, An hotel nearer the activities

The Bajamar is a very nice hotel with all facilites; such as a pool on the roof, en suite rooms, air conditioning, balconys to rooms and TV.

Unique Qualities: This is a larger hotel with good views and a swimming pool. It was only completed in 2002 and in a quieter location being at the top end of Avenida Castilla Perez.

Hostal Ana **: Hostal Ana on a quieter street Hostal Ana Review

Hostal Ana is located along a side street and thus quieter being across the road from the Ermita.

All rooms are very nice except for the very top, where headroom is limited and being near the roof gets hot in the day even with the AC on ! Also no lift so you have to tote those cases to the top !

Unique Qualities: Clean, convenient to the centre and very reasonably priced.

Directions: Oposite the Hostal Ermita is a side road called Calle Cruz. Along here and the hotel is on your left.

Hostal La Ermita **: Brilliant accomodation and near to all amenities.

Very clean Spanish run Hostal. En Suite. Air conditioned. Central location.
I would reccomend this place to anyone and am surprised to not see it mentioned by other members.
However. There's always an however isn't there?. I do notice that the Hostal is up for sale on the internet at least. But so many bars etc. are for sale in Nerja and keep on trading normally, often still with the same owners, so don't let this put you off. By the way, The Ermita has 16 en suite rooms and is up for €1,500,000 if anyone is interested !

Unique Qualities: This is a town centre Hostal and does not come with any frills such as swimming pool or meals etc. Beds are made daily and all towels are changed daily.
Not included in the price of your room but worth noting, there is a restaurant with bar on the ground floor of the building. Besides Spanish fare, English breakfasts (desayunos Englis) are served and you can eat inside or outside if you wish under the awninged terraz at the front and people watch at the same time.

NERJA CLUB , ***: Ideal for Capistrano and the Markets Nerja Club Review

I personally have not stayed at this hotel but have talked to many people that have.
When I pass this way, it always looks very nice.

People who have stayed here always have said that they have enjoyed their stay. Everything being clean and well appointed.

Unique Qualities: For many people staying in the centre of Nerja is too built up for them. Capistrano is a quieter location and, of course, with the markets moving up that way, Nerja Club is well situated.

The sunday market has already moved there with the Tuesday one to follow later in 2005.
