If you are finding yourself, here is a place that I recommend 'Wattham Kwan Muang', Amphur Sawee, in Chumphon Province, Thailand. It is a Buddhist temple (Hinayana), that help teach about mind practice and meditation (pure way, no magic). No cost required for accomodation and meals.
The address of the temple is:
130/2, Moo 4, Tambon Napo, Amphur Sawee, Chumphon Province. You may travel from Bangkok by a bus (Suwannatee tour or Choke Anan tour) running between Bangkok-Chumphon 3 times a day, everyday. The bus station is called ' Sai Tai' (south-route station). You may get to the bus station by taxi.
There are many kinds of beautiful trees and flowers around the temple. Very peaceful place.
