Budapest is a city that'll seem imaginary. The big old buildings with beautiful architecture and the Duna River crossing thorugh it. Yes, you are in city of bridges! Where every local will have at least one memory to remember which took place on a bridge. This city is full of history.

My love for Hungary and especially Budapest started with travel stories that my grandmother brought home. She taught at the Eötvös Loránd University for 2 years as a visiting lecturer at the Turcology department. She spoke Hungarian and she always wanted to take me there one day. I still keep the postcards she used to send to my mother.
