Hi, Welcome to my home page.

Firstly, let me introduce myself. I fortunately caught the travel bug at a very young age (18 months) from my parents who thought nothing of loading up our car (which was usually a Fiat) and driving through Europe. I spent many of my formative years squashed in the back seat and travelling through France, Belgium, Netherlands and Italy. Unfortunately I can't really remember most of it although I do have some wonderful memories of camping in La Baule (Loire-Atlantique, Western France). My first holiday which involved flying was at the tender age of 7 and we went to Majorca, which in the 1970s was quite adventurous.

During my 20's and 30's I have spent most of the time doing long haul holidays interspersed with European trips but I really have a long way to go to catch up with a lot of people on this website. But in the meantime, I will have a lot of fun along the way and savouring all the experiences I can get and hopefully you will enjoy seeing the pictures.

So far in 2008 we went for a weekend away to Watchet in Somerset and I have recently visited Eisenstadt, Austria on a business trip. I am now looking forward to a holiday in Ibiza in September. We have rented an apartment in a small village called Cala Pada. We decided to have our main holiday in Europe this year as there is so much to see on our doorstep.
