by xuessium - last update: May 27, 2006

..."Everyone I know say that Macau is boring. How wrong they are! If exciting means the rudeness of service or the racism against non-Cantonese speaking Chinese in near-by Hong Kong, I will gladly trade it any day! Since the return of Macau to Chinese rule from Portugal in 1999, the territory has underwent a metamorphosis from rogue casino outpost to sophiscated modern city. In A Nutshell:"NO LONGER Hong Kong's poorer cousin!"

Yes! We enjoy the red bean pastry in Korea too. The stalls on the street lure you in like a magnet on a cold winter day. Thanks for the tips to make our trip to Macao more enjoyable.

Cafe Kam Ma Lon is not there any more! Shop now occupied by a 7-11. Couldn't phone either as all Macau no.s are now 8 figures.
