Dubai is a glitzy modern city with all the trappings of modern comfort. Tall towers. Folks rushing about in snappy office attires. An all important waterway which the country links its origin to. A mix of races. It began to dawn on me the similarities it shares with my own home country. And that was when I realised it. There is no more nagging curiosity."...
