Service was warm, the room was comfortable and I had the seaview room, so it was really great to wake up to a seaview! The room is very standard, nothing above the ordinary, but it served its purpose. Location of the hotel is good, a 10-15 minutes walk to Gurney Plaza, a large shopping mall and next to it, a buzzing hawker centre for cheap and good food. The beach isn't great this part of Penang, but a seaview is a seaview.
