I visited the city of Modica for a couple of hours during a tour of Sicily and I was wholely unimpressed. It looks like every other city in Europe in that it has a local native population that is slowly but surely changing due to immigration from North Africa and Turkey.

- Cons:Pickpocketing a big problem, not very clean
