Hi my name is cnango and I have lived in Southern California my whole life.I am married to Jeff and we have 2 sons, Josh & Michael and 1 daughter-in-law, Sara. I taught Early Ed for 18 yrs. and now teach California History and give tours at the Mission San Juan Capistrano. I currently live in San Clemente called "The Spanish Village by the Sea". It is on the coast between LA & San Diego . Several of the surf spots in the Beach Boys song "Surfin USA " are right here. I live in a house on top of a hill with a distant oceanview. What is more unique though is that our home also backs Camp Pendleton Base and Nature Reserve, so it is not uncommon to spot animals like rabbits, deer, cayotes & bobcats. See my Personal Animal Sighting Album for some awesome pictures and information. I love living in San Clemente but I also love to travel & meet people from other cultures. One of my favorite foreign countries is New Zealand, which I visit often. We used to own a house in Napier New Zealand, a beachtown that's the same size in area & population as San Clemente. In fact the Hawkes Bay region reminds me of the less crowded and more rural California of my childhood. |
