HI!!!! Welcome to my page!
my name is Patricia, and I live in the end of the world...CHILE!! I am 23 years old and I'm a business student.
I arrived here looking for some tips for my trip to Iguassu Falls and I realized that this is a great place to meet people and share a lot of things, that's why I started to create my page.
I was born in Antofagasta in the north of Chile, I spent my childhood here, I also lived two years in Santiago and then I came back to my city where I am currently living.
I visited Mexico some years ago and after that trip I started to travel a lot because I discovered too much things in this country that made me see the world with different eyes. Every place that I have visited has left a sweet mark in my soul, each of them has taught something new to me to grow, each of them has showed me the wonderful thing that is this world, so I want to share this with you.
I want also thanks all my VT friends for the great comments about my pictures and my pages, I really appreciate that specially because I love photography.

What can I say... I love my friends, they are so important in my life. I spend time with them specially during the summer because some of them are studying out of the city. The most of my friends are from the school since 12 years ago so is a life together... I also have a lot of friends in the university and we spend more time together, working or having fun.
I have some friends that are living in Santiago, the capital, because I studied nursing before, so I left a lot of great persons there, but we visit each other and we are still in contact.
I don't forget my foreign friends that I have met during my trips, I knew people of the whole world in Santa Barbara California, all them are special for me, and two of them have visited me here in Chile. I have also met foreign friends here in my country... I miss them

VT Meetings!!

When I started to create this page I never thought I was going to make really good friends, but I did and I am very happy :)
Last August when I visit Holland I met with "Mark" mark1980, he showed me a little bit of Rotterdam and we had a very nice time.
Last May My friend "Kili " karakal73 came to Antofagasta and we met too, we had a nice dinner and we share some opinions about Chile, he continued his trip to the north of my country.

To travel
Yes, of course I love to travel because I am always trying to learn more about everything, I like to know different cultures, meet different people, different languages, different music, I like history, I love art , photography, and in my opinion you can have all this when you travel.
I have traveled since I was a baby and my first trip to a foreign country was to Argentina, but after Mexico I started to like to travel more and more...then nobody could stop me.
I don't really have a partner to travel because in Chile the young people don't travel too much but I have friends in many places so anywhere I go I always meet somebody, and occasionally I travel with some friend.

The Children
I just love children, a smile of a kid is something so beautiful. I like to work with them, I am always surprised about the things they say and think, they make me really happy. I would love to go to Africa sometime to work as a volunteer and I will, because this is one of my dreams.

To dance
I have to admit that I really like to dance.!! It just full me of happiness, energy and positives feelings, the music put out all the bad things and I enjoy it too much...

The football
Yep is also a passion to me, I think I like football since some years ago and now I understand "The passion of multitudes" :) I enjoy watching a game on tv each sunday and of course I have my favorites teams too. I love when Chile plays because all the country joins to support the team and I really like that feeling, the downtown in the city is empty when Chile is playing because everybody is watching the game, I like Jimenez he is a great player.
My idols no doubt are the national team of Brasil is a kind of dream to me to have the chance to watch them playing sometime, I hope I can do it sometime. Brasil has the best players and I love Kaka he is my favorite.
I also like European football, I like FC Barcelona, Manchester United, AC milan, but I have to admit that if Real madrid is playing I don't miss it because of Beckham :)

I think I am really lucky because I have visit many places at my age, but this is just starting :)
I have dreamed destinations that you can check in my "wish list" members.virtualtourist.com , but I already came true some of my dreams, Mexico, Dominican republic and France. I like to remember my trips, I have always some stories about it, the most of them are funny, like when I got lost in Mexico and stuff like that, but is funny to laugh of yourself sometimes even if in the moment was not too funny.

Favorites places I have been...

MEXICO! A wonderful month traveling around a wonderful country.
PUNTA CANA! 10 days of fantastic beaches, people, merengue, salsa and sun.
CALIFORNIA! Some months studying english and traveling around, a great experience I will never forget.
FRANCE! I will never forget Paris, I felt in love with this city, Paris is wonderful, I would probably stay forever.
IGUASSU FALLS! I went there during my last summer vacations, I spent 8 days with friendly and happy people dancing and drinking Caipiri?a. I have to say that is the most beautiful natural thing that I have ever seen in my life.
GERMANY! I am impressed about Germany i loved it sooooo much, I stayed 3 weeks traveling around and meeting wonderful people.

Currently Happening...

This part is to share what is going on in my life right now :)

Finally I am back from China!! what a trip!! I can't describe all my feelings and edxperiences during this beautiful and long travel, I was literaly in the other side of the world! Soon I will add my new pages with everything.

I am also proud to tell you that since may I belong to a organization called "MEZ". We are 20 students who works to improve the life of the children in social risk. You can check more about MEZ here MEZ
