Always under his shadow to this day
Josef Dzhuganishvili "Stalin" is the most famous - and infamous - son of Gori, and Georgia too for that matter.
The statue's shadow falls between Stalin's house and the Stalin museum in Gori.
An interesting day trip from Tbilisi.
Pros and Cons
- Pros:Caves and Stalin museum makle a great day trip
- Cons:For me - No real time to explore on this trip
- In a nutshell:Whirlwind visit so no expert
