Just back... still cooling off from the spice and heat of Mexico. Stay tuned my loves!
Can I just gush for a bit about how utterly and absolutely deeeeelicious the guacamole was? MY GOD. I just loved it, loved it, and loved it some more... that and the shrimp tacos! And the chicken quesadillas, and the succulent seafood and the spice-drenched salsa-esque dips. LOVE. Washed such down with a bevy of beers, ICE cold and perfect amidst squeltering temperatures. Tried a different cerveza at each stop.
Need a wee break from traditional Mexican fare?
Negrosol... my friends, this place was the picture of cool. With a glass floor to reveal its brilliant wine cellar. A detailed review is in order.
Love love love that Caribbean blue. Gorgeous. Brilliant. Stole as many glimpses as possible. Got serenaded there too. Well, my abuelita did. I just basked in her glow.

Am I crazy or didn't you used to have a great nightlife tip here about a place with big curtains and pillows?
Any restaurant tips you didn't have time to put up? We're heading back to PDC in a little over 2 weeks :-)
