Although a bit far from the city centre (you can take the metro or many buses), it is in a very quiet area. The last pic shows what I saw from the room.

Residencial Florescente: In the city centre Hotel Residencial Florescente Review

This nice "pensão" is very well situated and just a few metres away from Praça dos Restauradores (some bus stops there, some of them, for the Airport), Praça Rossio and Rossio Railway Station.

There are many restaurants along the street but the hotel is at the end of it, so, much less noisy that it could be expected (or not noisy at all).

Single room, B&B: 40,00 € (Jun. '09).
