Pick up a scooter and spend the day driving arounf to all the fall and natural attraction that Langkawi has to offer. At the very top is the list is the Seven Wells.

Only problem is you'll have to climb the hundreds of steps that leads you up there. However, once at the top, you be most impress with view .

Quick tip: do not feed the monkeys whilst you're up there. Or anywhere else for that matter. They're small but they will attack, and you don't want that.....

This is one of the most peaceful and eerie places. The lake is a fresh water enclosure in the middle of one of the islands that litters the waters surrounding Langkawi.

The tempareture of the water in the lake is perfect. However, if you're a floating brick like myself, I would not recommmend that you venture too far out because:
a) the water is black and you can't see the bottle. Extremely diconcerting for a floating brick;
b) legend has it that a white Crocodile coves like banks; and
c) if your superstitious, you wouldn't like hearing hte legend of where the lake got it's name. As it went some for soul threw herself in to the lake out of despair.

Black water, ghostly shadow and a creature that can use your fibia as toothpick can be a deterrant for some. But this place is something you must see.

So far I've seen the Big Pineapple... and ... and... wow, not much there. But this here is much more impressive. It' located at the heart of Langkawi, so you can not miss it.
