Bryce in Winter

We traveled through Utah in route to California. We stopped at Capital Reef, Bryce, and Zion National Parks. All are very worth a visit. Not only are the parks magnificent, but the rides in between the parks are also incredibly beautiful. We rode through these parks in January and practically had them to ourselves. Even in Winter, the weather was delightful. Bryce is higher in elevation than the others, so it will be a little cooler. Bryce canyon will be one of the most incredible places you will ever see. The landscape is out of this world. There are also a number of fine hikes within the park.
Capital Reef National Park is not far away from Bryce, and definitely worth a day, at the very least.

The road heading to Bryce is also very nice

The roads all around Utah are so beautiful, you think you are always in a national park.

Every turn in the road

Around every corner there is another screne saver shot.
