Spending the day @Piazza San Marco Just 24 hours on this city on water but it is enough to declare her as my favourite European city. I spent the whole day in the area around Saint Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco) and I must admit I like getting lost in the meandering streets of Venice because I get to see even more of her! I had my first taste of the Italian gelato here too.
