I met these peddlers at Sacré-Coeur Basilica, Montmartre. These people will only target travelers. They approach you, looking very friendly and will try ways to stop you for a conversation. They tie a string to your index finger and start making a friendship band, while chatting with you all the time. When it's done, they will ask you to make a wish and after that, they ask you to pay an amount for it. Advice: Ignore them when they approach, even if they suddenly turn aggressive.
