  • The Thinker, the Gates of Hell and the Burghers of Calais are just the beginning of the wonderful sculptures at the Museé Rodin. At 5€ for adults and 3€ for students, this is a must see. Rodin's most famous sculptures are scattered throughout the gardens of this famous museum.

  • The Hôtel des Invalides was commissioned by Louis XIV to house war veterans. It is a sight to see. Underneath the Eglise du Dôme, Napoleon Bonaparte's ashes are laid to rest in a tomb fit for an Emperor.

  • This is Napoléon's Tomb. Directly under the Dôme, you will be able to find Napoléon's final resting place. The arcitecture is staggering. The paingings on the ceiling, the sculptures and the sarcophogus are amazing and definitely worth the 5€.

Very good start on your Paris page. I love the photo of the skaters at the Hotel de Ville. J.

Salut Brandon! I have wished to be in Paris when it snowed. Was there Dec. '04 and Feb. '04-no luck both times. Should've visted in Feb. '05 instead. Gr8 pics; snow really gives Paris a diff. perspective!
