Krabi is located on the Andaman Sea coast of south-west Thailand. Krabi province is divided into eight districts : Amphoe Muang (Krabi Town), Khao Panom, Khlong Thom, Plai Phraya, Ko Lanta, Ao Luk, and Lam Thap and, Nhua Khlong.
I stayed in Ao Nang area which was originally a small fishing village. Now it attracts many tourists. The beach in Ao Nang is not recommended for swimming. You have to take a long tail boat or speedboat to the surrounding island for any sea activities. |
