Went through Uganda on our way to New Sudan. They have electricity in Uganda, and better medical facilities, but still we weren't able to find any medicine for river blindness. |
|  | Emergency Transportation Saw this man pushing an empty wheelchair/ambulance. If there's not a wheelchair available sometimes the sick and injured will be taken to a doctor by bicycle. Makes for a rough ride. |
