about the muslim part

people always talks about the northern part of phillipines. well it's true that mindanao is not pretty safe, still it's just a question of not putting your feet where you are not supposed to!
avoid cotabato unless you want to experience a kidnapping !
gen san is ok even though a bomb blew up a market a few weeks ago. but the place is still worth it in term of diving coz it costs nothing down there!
