Those snow crested mountains look like the mountains in Huaraz, Peru
Istalef is a place that leaves a big impression. I believe it was very beautiful many years ago. I remember seeing it in pretty bad shape in 2002. It seemed a shade better when i visited a second time this year. Good luck with your work!
