Leon is one of my favorite cities in Nicargaua. The cathedral is magnficent and this past summer I took a tour of its basement and its "cupulas". I was able to take some really good pictures. If you ever visit Nicaragua, I urge you to pass by Leon. Leon is also the birthplace of Ruben Dario and there is a museum in his honor (it was actually his house) that you could visit.

Hello Carla! Loved your León page! Too bad I didn't know that I could ahve climbed the Cathedral tower when I was there. León is unique and I miss it so much! Sini
