    • the lost camel is a funky hotel in the greater complex of ayers rock resort. with bright colorful rooms and lots of space, its a cool place to crash after a hard days walking in the heat. the hotel has an awesome pool, and you can get drinks from the outdoors bar while poolside. rooms do NOT have a tv, but offer a stereo and some nature cd's, a nice touch since you are in the wild outback.

    • sails in the desert is the top hotel to stay in at ayers rock resort. it's very flash, beautiful rooms and all the facilities that a top hotel should have.

    • this really is in the middle of nowhere, and is more of a truckstop for the trucks that come through. there is a few basic cabins and a campground. its popular with people doing the big road trips. a wicked breakfast is served and you can sit outside by the kangaroos and emus and eat your meal. amenities are very basic, but it has all that you could want for a one night stopover, as what most people do.
