"Paradise on earth...Bermuda" Hamilton by florance2

i loved Bermuda , Gerry and i were there as guests of one of the locals .
The slow pace of life, was wonderful
we spent our whole month there getting about on Pink buses
or mostly the ferry .
The cruise liners were there and it all made for such a wonderful Atmosphere.The shops were great ,

The downside was the price of food ,
At the time ,a loaf of bread was the equivilent of £3.
iIt looks deserted .cos this pic was taken very early Sunday morning ,

just how it was

there is a choice of beaches and we went to every one ,on the Pink buses ,
Its true that the locals do wear Burmuda shorts. For work, its bright green ,navy or red shorts ,with white shirt and long navy sox ,not forgetting the tie.
The school children the same .

• Pros:everything ,but the cons
• Cons:food and liquer prices astronomical
• In a nutshell:it was wonderful. paradise on earth .
