Shopping heaven, with lots of great cultural places as well. Have to say, the hotels are fantastic.

Singapore Changi Airport is fantastic - you can get massages, pray in the prayer rooms, swim, call people, eat and drink, shop, watch tv, or just relax and wait for your flight. There are designer clothing shops, cheaper clothing stores, toy shops, perfume and beauty shops, chocolate/confectionery shops, even a traditional Chinese medicine/herbal shop! There's even an orchid garden and seats for you to watch sports on (gathered around a tv).

It is very large, spacious and calm, much unlike London's crowded Heathrow or Gatwick airports. People are free to wander around the immaculate airport at their own pace using the luggage trolleys provided, without worrying about being pushed by other people. However, take care in the chocolate and confectionery shop - leave the trolley outside, there's too many people in there and the spaces between shelves are a bit tight for trolleys.
