Hi people! If you are looking for a great time with your friends and you like drinking, clubbing and dancing and meeting people.. then the right place to go is Saint Julian's in Malta. This is really fit for teenagers, and boys and girls under 30 from all over the world, but actually is ok for everyone who's into nightlife and clubbing. I've been 2 times to Malta during the summer and one on the New Year's Eve and it's always been cool! But I have to say I prefer the summer in Paceville!
There are a lot of bars and clubs in Paceville... and a lot of foreigners too during the summertime.
And during the days there are a lot a places you may visit.
These Islands are full of history and culture. Malta is like an open air museum!
I don't know why but I always wanna come back to this country.. I can't explain why but I often think about Malta.. I have lots of nice memories!
In Malta, you'll explore 7000 years of history yet live passionately in the present. You'll span the millennia with an astonishing array of things to discover. And wherever you go, the Islands' scenery and architecture provide a spectacular backdrop. The colours are striking. Honey-coloured stone against the deepest of Mediterranean blues.
The Maltese Islands have been described as one big open-air museum. What makes them unique is that so much of their past is visible today. Delve into the Islands' mysterious prehistory, retrace the footsteps of St Paul or see where the Knights of St John defended Christendom.
But Malta is no regular museum. Here life is lived to the full, so make time for some living history and action. Visit locations where Oscar-winning blockbusters were filmed or go off the beaten track into ancient villages. Marvel at the fireworks and revelry of the summertime festas and enjoy a packed calendar of events all year round.
Volano tra le nuvole
i gabbiani blu
dagli occhi attivi e dorati.
Hanno giocato tra il mare e il cielo
e ora
su uno scoglio
hanno coperto il volto con un'ala.
Ora c'è silenzio,
il mare riposa e aspetta.
Il cielo giocondo, leggero
come una piuma
osserva i compagni ASSOPITI.

Translation
"Cliffs"
They fly through the clouds
the blue seagulls
golden and lively eyed.
They played through the sea and the sky
and now
on a cliff
they covered their face with a wing.
It's still now,
the sea rests and wait.
the sky cheerful, soft
like a feather
observes the DROWSY playmates.
- Cons:Warning: Once you go here you'll always want to come back!
- In a nutshell:A small England in the middle of Mediterranean!

Hey Marco, great pages here on Malta. Congrats. You brought my memories back. Best wishes from Istanbul.Bora
You got some valuable tips here, but some could use more info ;-). Also I would take off the pics of Miss Malta, since they are not yours and are a problem because of the copywright.
"A small England in the middle of the med" è pazzo, Credo che, tutti le Inglese chi vacanze in Malta sono vecchio, vero?
I liked Footloose and Empire the best in Paceville!
