    • Location is undesirable; located on a foul smelling canal; and the hotel staff are very unfriendly. They forced my brother in law to pay for a night we had initially reserved, but cancelled weeks before we travelled to the hotel. Even with a letter from our travel agent they refused to acknowledge they were wrong. American Express saved the day by refunding the money for that night.
