Naturally, this is well on the beaten path, however it is an experience that I will not forget. The former warehouse and annex where the Franks hid is now a museum. You will be able to enter the rooms where the jewish families hid as well as see various exhibits about Anne Frank and the Holocaust. There are some interactive programs that are worth a look. At the end, there is an excellent bookstore. As others mention, get here early or late to avoid the long waits. I liked to spend a little bit of extra time here to really try and comprehend the events that took place.

Set in the middle of the Red Light District (a real paradox), this large church is worth a look. there is a nominal admission fee to explore the large interior. There is an impressive organ inside as will as several gravestones on the floor. This is one of the oldest churches in the city.
