the picture was taken from the Boboli Gardens behind Palazzo Pitti. Beautiful Firenze in the background and everything can be reached by foot... Our daily average walks total 6 hrs. We start right after our breakfast and we are back to the hotel by 3pm for our nap.. Also, italians do take long siestas (they close their shops from 1230pm and reopen at 330pm), so it is better not to shop around these hrs... but good to window shop... |
