Great city to visit in a week-end Ottawa is a great city. I live in Gatineau Quebec just across from Ottawa. The Ottawa river separate Québec province from the Ontario province. Ottawa, Ontario, is a calm city from the outside but if you dig deeper you'll realize that Ottawa has everything to offer just like a big city such as Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver.
Ther is lots do to, to see and to discover.
As a Montrealer I've never thougt that I would like Ottawa but I do!

Actually, I don`t find the Rideau Center too bad...lots of people to see what`s going on. It`s when you get deeper in the market that I get nervous when I`m alone. Also, Vanier makes me more nervous than New York did when I lived there. | bigiguana2001 Wed Sep 17, 2008 22:16 UTC
