  • The two-level Tower Bridge is the only elevated bridge in London. It is a shipping passage when the lower level is elevated. A twin walkway on the upper level is for pedestrians. Constructed in 1886, Tower Bridge is flanked by two towers. London city could be viewed from the north tower observation deck while Tower Bridge Museum on the south stores the bridge engineering equipments.

Tower Bridge makes a good photography in the day or at night when it is beautifully lit.

  • It took more than 10 years to build the Trafalgar Square from 1829 into the 1840s. It was to commemorate the victory of the Spanish Cape Trafalgar battle in 1805 lead by Admiral Nelson. The square, a neo-classical designed by John Nash is surrounded by artistic buildings that include St Martin’s In The Fields and National Gallery. Around the base are 4 huge bronze lion statues designed by Landseer.

The Nelson’s Corner in the center of the square has a fountain and a 185 feet high pole with a 17 feet high statue of Nelson at the top.

  • This is Madame Tussaud’s wax collection at Piccadilly Rock that houses Rock Stars. How is a Rock Star selection made? It depends on the artist’s popularity and staying power. In the 18th century, Madame Tussaud made wax models out of dead bodies and displayed them for money.

Now, it displays world famous historical and contemporary figures. It takes three months to prepare a wax model into its finished form.
