Restaurant Name: Saltwater Cowboys
This place suits it's name perfectly! An old fishing cabin set on the marshes, you'd expect to see some gators and an old cowboy singing the blues. No gators but the jazzy blue-sy music in the place sets the ambiance. Decorated with aligator skin and stuffed possum, very cute in a creepy sort of way! Josh, our waiter was super friendly and the service was fantastic!
Favorite Dish: I had the jambalya and oyster (oh god, those oysters were DELICIOUS!) but i also sampled the cucumber fish and blackened fish. Everything was yummy so I highly recommend that you take a few friends you you can eat off their plates!

Don't you feel like seeing some pirates? | NC_Ziggy Thu Jun 12, 2008 22:28 UTC Hot buns missing Hot Sauce! ;-) | Gillybob Sun Feb 24, 2008 15:19 UTC Nah, 2nd from right - he at least puts a smile on my warm face!! Gillybob greetings | Kaspian Wed Jan 30, 2008 17:00 UTC I'll have to research a bit. I usually don't go to the bars too often there--usually restaurants and pub type places. There was an incredibly cool acid-like club I was at one night. I'll have to see if I can find it again. |
