I still remember the moment I set eyes on Westminster. I was taken aback by the beauty of this architecture--it is by far the best parliment/government related building i have seen thus far. I just couldn't help but stare and stare. And when I saw Big Ben, I realized how much this clock-tower has been imitated around the world. |
| | Westminster at Night I love Westminster so much I had to go back and see how it looks like at night. And back I went, not once, but numerous times. It is the one thing I am most reluctant to part with when I leave London. The eerie glow of Westminster at night somehow enhance the mystical quality it exudes. And did you see the moon? :) |
| | View of Thames River from London Eye The London Eye, although costly, is a pretty worthwhile experience to catch London and some amazing landscape from high up.
I have the great opportunity of going up there next, and thankfully I did remember to bring my camera the second time around so I caught some nice pictures! |
