Don't Cry For Me Argentina!

by mle267 - last update: Jan 25, 2005

Buenos Aires

Even though I lived in this great country for a year, I had never really seen the capital. This past Christmas, my entire family headed south to spend the holidays in Buenos Aires. Wow. What an amazing city... Beautiful architecture, great people, and so many cafes to sit and "tomar algo".
hope you like crowds...

Cordoba

Cordoba is kind of Argentina's version of Boston, in terms of the people. There are so many young people, which makes the night life a blast. There are beautiful churches to see, and if you can spare the time, the surrounding forrests are to die for. I had a great evening at a boliche (club) called Mitre.
i love green!

Tucuman

San Miguel de Tucuman is another great city in Argentina. I had the best empanadas of my life there...from a little place right on the main square. There are also some gorgeous forrests within easy driving distance of the city.
