This restaurant was across the road from our hotel. We went over here mainly because my parents are too cheap to pay room service all the time haha! But this was a great stop to get breakfast and get on the road for some serious bartering! They cook traditional english meals for those who are too scared to step outside the boundaries of trying something new (like me hehe)

Its set in the gardens, and has a beautiful pool area, or you can go upstairs for peace and quiet, overlooking the busy streets! This place also caters for a Cafe, Bar, Restaurant and Spa. With your meal you also get a complimentary back massage at no extra charge!!!

Favorite Dish: Every morning i would get a strawberry milkshake and the traditional english breakfast. It comes complete with hash browns, baked beans, toast, eggs, and sausages! Definately worth the money!!

Your page brought back nice memories about our trip to Bali ten years ago. And I had a laugh reading about your problems with humidity. My wife had the same. During the first day she blamed me for bringing her to this place. But later she enjoyed it.

The monkey forrest reminds me of the Monkeys in Gibraltar. Good tips for someone who has never been to Bali, useful and informative. Kat

I've to agree with you on 1 thing, everything is cheap, cheap, cheap in Bali. Was there last month, but that won't be my last.
