Phoenix is laid out fairly easily if you know your address. Avenues, Lanes and Drives are west of Central Avenue (0) and Streets or Places are east of Central. You can have an address of 10010 W Bell and 10010 E Bell. They are about 25 miles apart, so you want be sure which is which. You can also have the same address in some of the east valley cities, so double check your nearest cross streets. Happy Navigation!
