  • My friend and I have stayed here for the last two years. The staff here is very friendly and we enjoy the more classy atmosphere. One thing we enjoyed is that there was little to no children. The hotel had a more adult feeling to it.

Unique Qualities: The staff was very polite and we feel very welcome here. We loved the lounges inside the hotel. Cute bouncer men!
They are very concerned about customer service. One day the housekeeper broke our hair straightener and the manager replaced our item with a very high quality and expensive hair iron from the salon inside the hotel. We were very happy that they made sure we had a good stay.

  • This is an ultra sleek, hip, and modern decor hotel. We were a group of 4 girls in their 20's and we loved this place. We saw a lot of beautiful people. The staff is very friendly and we always had prompt room service. We would stay here again.

    Pros:
3 plasma tvs. 1.5 bathrooms. One full master bathroom with a super large tub, shower, and two sinks. The half bath has one sink and one toilet. Great for a bunch of girls trying to get ready. The internet connection here is SUPER fast, I have never seen such a fast connection, even at work.

Check out the foudation room club. Great views.

    $35 dining credit. Yum!

    Cons:
This is a LABYRINTH. This hotel has so many turns and twists it is very easy to get lost. There are THREE hotels joined in this building. Asking staff where "thehotel" is will get you multiple answers since "the hotel" can mean up to three establishments. I want to kick whoever's idea it was to call this place "thehotel". Cab drivers are confused and so are staff. Pretentious marketers.

I asked for two queen beds. Once I got there they said it was not guaranteed. wtf. That is unacceptable. First night we slept in a king size bed becuase they were out of queen beds. However, they agreed to upgrade us to a bigger suite and gave us a queen size bed for the rest of the trip.

Unique Qualities: The Pool is spectacular. I love it. Best pool I have seen so far. It has a wave pool and a "beach". There is no sand in the pool. Great pina Coladas.

DO NOT bring a hairdryer! They have a big bastard one that can handle you.
