THE CAVE GARDENS
Mt Gambier is the second largest city in South Australia. It is located half way between Adelaide and Melbourne It is set amongst a unique ancient lanscape of volcanic craters lakes and caves to name just a few things.
Did you Know? The blue lake is the cities water supply,
Mount Gambier limestone is not only used for buidling stone but also toothpaste, talcom powder and bottles.
Sir Robert Helpmann was born is Mt Gambier,
It has one of the longest main streets in Australia
