Great local food, great prices. Here's what we ordered: 2 bowls of steamed rice, tom yam chicken soup, fried pork with pepper and garlic, fried mixed vegetables, spicy seafood with glass noodles, 2 cups of Swedish coffee. The total bill is 420 baht.

Restaurant Name: Baan Suay

Besides serving up local Thai dishes, their menu also includes some American Breakfast and your typical Western food selection (spaghetti, burgers and sandwiches, etc).

We ordered 1 Thai spring roll combo, 2 pad thai (beef with glass noodles), 2 cans of coke and 2 servings of dessert (each with 2 scoops of Vanilla ice-cream). The total bill is about 500 baht.

Besides serving up food, Baan Suay also offers accommodation.

During this World Cup season, it shows the soccer matches daily, on a big projection screen.
