This restaurant serves Peranakan food. The Peranakans are descendants of Chinese men and local women, and their food reflects a mixture of these two cultures. Peranakan food in the other parts of Malaysia is usually not halal (pork is served), but the Peranakan eateries in Malacca are halal. We had chap chai (mixed vegetables), prawns, deep fried fish with sambal, omelette, etc...and cendol for dessert.

Favorite Dish: The cendol is good!
