"I am not what I am" - Othello

Darkness... and Light
When flipping through my books of memoirs from my travels, you will figure out that many things I do contradict what I like to do at home. I think that I just like to try new things all the time, and if I'm in a new place, there's no better time to give something a little test drive. All my pictures are originals taken by myself. I will not be one of those VTers who gets pictures of places they've been online. Everything I've posted is my own work, and if you want a copy of one or more of my pictures, I will be sure to send you one, so long as you e-mail me a request (eso12por8@aol.com). But please, do not take them to use on your own VT page. That's my only request.
Juanes in Jacksonville
I'm one of those people who are just so happy they don't know what to do first when it comes to trying something new. I love road trips; I've experienced them since I was a little kid. This picture was one I took of Juanes at a concert I saw in Jacksonville. A lot of the road trips I make on my own are for concerts, as I am a music man, or shows, as I am a parton for the arts. I'm moving to Miami in August, so I don't think I'm going to be doing any extravagant travelling to see either of the two. I have tons of pictures I've taken from previous trips I've been on, but that was before digital imagery existed, and I need to get my hands on a quality scanner that's a reasonable price, so I can share my moments with you.
Although I'm a starving college student, it doesn't mean that I'm not going to travel and starve at the same time.! I still love to go everywhere in the country, either by road or air. Some of the places on the list for 2006 include:
- Tallahassee, FL (January, March, May, November, December)
- Nashville, TN (January)
- Syracuse, NY (March)
- The Keys, FL (March)
- Pensacola, FL (March)
- Charleston, SC (April)
- Seattle, WA (July)
- Northport, NY (July)
- Cape Cod, MA (July)
- Other sites still pending....

Yes, I'm young for being a member of this site/club thing. I just graduated high school in May of 2005, and it's opened up my shell for vacations that year:
- The Bahamas (June)
- London, UK (June)
- Portugal (July, August)
- Spain (July)
- Andorra (July)
- Perpinyŕ, France (July)
- Miami-Dade County (August)
- New York City, Long Island (December)

If you were wondering, most of my American travels came about when I was a kid. Every summer, my grandparents would drive down to Tallahassee and pick me and my sister up to drive up to their home in Fort Salonga, New York. We did an Elvis tour (Tupelo & Memphis), St. Louis, Dayton. I have family in Cape Cod and Vermont, as well. Some other trips I've taken were:
- San Francisco, CA (1998)
- Oahu, HI (1998)
- Puerto Rico (2000 & 2005)
- Japan (2002)
- Washington, DC (2003)
My good friend, Stephanie, and I at Maclay Gardens
My sister, Natalia, and I
I'm half Puerto Rican, a quarter Greek and a quarter Canadian, so I have a strong sense of family. I would do anything for them, and they would do the same for me.. how do I know this? My sister, Natalia, and I are 16 months apart (she's older), and she makes sacrifices for me as I do for her. It's happened since we were very little children. She helped me mature a lot quicker, since we always had to be equal, so I guess that's why I'm here.. I think I've discovered the secret to life; Carpe Diem. Seize the day. Live in the moment, and don't think too much about everything. For all we know, we could have only one shot at life, and I want to live up to its potential, and see everything this Earth has to offer me.
